  1. How do I buy a car? 

  • Click on Showroom to view car choices and prices. 

  • Proceed to check out. 

  • If you do not see your car, please email support@altdrive.ng 

  1. What requirements do I need to buy a car? 

Submit a filled Altdrive application form and 6 months bank statement for salary earners or 12 months bank statement for non-salary earners 

  1. What happens after submission and review of my application form? 

Once reviewed, the outcome of your application is communicated to you. If approved, a contract with an offer letter stating the terms and conditions of repayment is sent to you. 

  1. Can I buy a car without an initial deposit of 15% of the total amount? 

No, you cannot. Kindly note that the minimum 15% initial deposit is mandatory for financing. 

  1. How long does it take for my car to be delivered after my application has been approved? 

Delivery time varies based on location. However, the vendor’s location and contact details will be provided for the pick-up option. 

  1. How are repayments made? 

Your SAF account stated on your contract will be debited at the end of every month.  

  1. Why have I not received my order? 

Your order might be delayed if you have not accepted the terms and conditions or made available the initial deposit in your Sterling Alternative Finance Account. However, for further clarifications, contact us on 02017000555 or send a mail to support@altdrive.ng 

  1. How do I get the repayment schedule for my car?  

Your repayment details are included in your offer letter. 

  1. I am unable to verify email address to sign up. 

Kindly check your spam mailbox for the verification email. 

  1. What benefits do I get from purchasing a car from Altdruve? 

With Altdrive, you enjoy the convenience of getting your car and paying in     easy installments.

  1. What is your shipping and return policy?  

Shipping of vehicle to your location is at a fee, however, returns cannot be made on vehicle purchased. 

  1. How do I get latest updates on available cars on sale? 

Sign up for our newsletters to keep up-to-date with our promotions and offers 

  1. Are all the cars verified and in good condition?  

Yes, all the cars are verified. We, however, advise that you view the inspection report on each car before concluding your request.  

  1. Why was my application rejected? 

Your application might have been rejected due to bad credit report or insufficient cash inflow for the vehicle selected. However, please reach us on 02017000555 or support@altdrive.ng for further clarifications. 

  1. Do I need to be a salary earner to be eligible for financing?  

No, you do not. Business owners are encouraged to apply for vehicle financing as well. 

  1. Do you sell only unused cars? 

No, we do not. We sell new, foreign used and locally used cars.  

  1. Can I get a car that is not on the website? 

Yes, you can. Simply send us a proforma invoice from the vendor of your choice, download and fill the Altdrive form here including a 1 year statement of account to support@altdrive.ng. 

  1. How do I update my contact information on my account?  

Kindly sign up or log in on www.altdrive.ng to update information on your profile.  

  1. keep getting error messages at checkout. 

Kindly send a screenshot of the error message to support@altdrive.ng. Feedback will be communicated to you within 24 working hours.  

  1. Are there any charges on the total cost of the car? 

Yes, there are. We charge af mark-up fee that is spread out equally during your repayment tenor. Charges for vehicle inspection, insurance and vehicle tracking are also included 

  1. Can I get vehicle financing abroad? 

Yes, you can. We have partnerships for international purchases. Kindly send us a mail at support@altdrive.ng 

  1. Is delivery nationwide? 

Yes, cars are delivered nationwide. However, delivery fees and time might vary based on location. 

  1. How do I track my purchase? 

A link will be sent to you by the car delivery company once the delivery process is initiated. 

ALTDRIVE VENDOR 

  1. How do I register as a vendor? 

  • Kindly send a mail to support@altdrive.ng to get the MOU sent to you. 

  • Forward scanned MOU and CAC document to support@altdrive.ng. 

  1.  How do I get paid for the cars sold on your website? 

Your Sterling Alternative Finance account will be credited 7 days after vehicle registration. 

  1. can’t upload products to the showroom. What went wrong?  

Please check to ensure all the fields on the form were filled correctly 

  1. How best do I describe items I am selling? 

When describing your products, take into considerations keywords that your customers will use when searching for your products. Let your product description include product title and unique selling features.
