 Q: I am a new user. How do I get started on the altpro app?   

  A: It’s simple! Download the app here or use the web version at https://altpro.altbank.ng/home/login. Kindly follow the steps on the app to register, and you’re good to go!


  Q: I have not been receiving OTP to finish my onboarding. What can I do?

  A: Don’t worry! Just send us an email at help@altbank.ng or call 02018889090/ 02017000555, and we will sort it out for you.


  Q: I’m still using the altpro Version 1. How do I upgrade to Version 2?

  A: Download the new altpro app here, or visit https://altpro.altbank.ng/home/login.

To proceed,

-Click on Login, then click on forgot password.

-Enter your username and click on ‘proceed with reset’.

-Insert the OTP from Mtoken and click proceed.

-Click on reset via email, then click ‘Proceed to reset password’.

-Set your password and login.

-Reset your pin under settings and your Altpro application is ready to use


  Q: I cannot access MToken to reset my password, what should I do?

  A: Simply send a signed instruction for a password reset on your company’s letterhead to help@altbank.ng.


  Q: How do I start using the OneToken app?

  A:-Download the OneToken app.

-Click continue and Register with your detail.

-Enter the verification code sent to your email.

-Set your password and log in.

Once you have logged onto the OneToken app, click on ‘add application.’

-Click on “altpro” and then log in with your altpro credentials.

-You will receive an email and SMS. Input the codes sent in each of those messages in the spaces provided and click continue.


  Q: I have a new device. How do I set up AltPro and OneToken?

   A: Download the Onetoken app and log in using the credentials from your previous device to get your token. On the altpro app, click on "Change Device" and follow the prompts to set up the application on your new device.


  Q: My account is a multiple signatory account; how do I get started on the altpro application?

  A: Please visit any of our closest branches to enable us help you.


  Q: Can I add other users to my account?

  A: Yes, you can! Log in, go to “Settings,” and click “Manage Users” to set up roles for your team.


  Q: How do I reset or change my PIN?

  A: Easy! Use the web version at https://altpro.altbank.ng/home/login, go to “Settings,” and select “Change PIN” or “Reset PIN.”


  Q: Can I check my account balance and transaction history?

  A: Yes! You can check your account balance and transaction history on the app


  Q: Can I manage multiple accounts on the app?

  A: For now, you cannot manage multiple accounts on the app.


  Q: Can I do bulk transfers on the app?

  A: Absolutely! For bulk transfers, kindly;

-Open the Altpro app and go to Transfers > Bulk Transfers.

-Download the template and fill in the beneficiaries' details (account number, amount, bank, narration).

-Upload the file, select the account to debit, and add a narration.

-Click Proceed, confirm, and enter your token.

-Your bulk transfer is complete!


  Q: Do I have to pay to use the app?

  A: The app is free to download and use.


  Q: How do I increase my transaction limit on the app?

  A: Log into the altpro web version https://altpro.altbank.ng/

-Go to actions and click on accounts

-Fill out the form and proceed to increase your limit.

-Set your transaction limits for both per-transaction and daily amounts

-Input your PIN to complete the process


  Q: I cannot add applications on my OneToken app. The error message is “Authentication failed,” what should I do?

  A: Make sure you’re adding “altpro” (not Version 1)

-Double-check your username and password.

If the issue persists, please send an email to help@altbank.ng with the error message.


  Q: Someone has my altpro details. What should I do?

  A: Please change your password by clicking “Forgot Password.”

-If your device is lost or stolen, send a mail to help@altbank.ng or call 02018889090 / 02017000555 immediately
