What does this mean?

Submit a ticket

Submit a ticket means to log a new complaint. 

This can be done via email or via the website. 

Book an appointment

Book an appointment means to book a call with our Partner Care Agent.

Can tickets be submitted without booking an appointment

Yes, you can submit your ticket without booking an appointment. 

How to track all tickets

To track all your tickets; 

 

  • Visit www.altbank.ng
  • Navigate to the help section on the right-hand side of the tab and click on 'Monitor your Request' (this can also be found at the bottom of the screen).
  • Proceed to the tracker portal and log in using the email address previously used to log complaints. 
  • Once logged in, you can now track all tickets from by selecting the View History

To track ticket for a specific product;

 

  • Visit www.altbank.ng
  • Navigate to the help section on the right-hand side of the tab and click on 'Monitor your Request' (this can also be found at the bottom of the screen).
  • Proceed to the tracker portal and log in using the email address previously used to log complaints. 
  • Once logged in, you can now track tickets from other products by selecting the 'Track ticket' dropdown within the portal.
